약물 혈중 농도 분석 관련 자료들

아직 발표까지는 시간이 많이 남았지만... 생각난 김에 검색해봤는데 몇 개 참고할 만한? 자료들이 좀 있는 듯.  생각날 때 자료들 찾아서 업데이트 해놓아야겠다.

 

1. Quantification of plasma remdesivir and its metabolite GS-441524 using liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry. Application to a Covid-19 treated patient

 

Covid-19 코로나 치료 가능성 탐색을 위해 혈중 remdesivir랑 그 대사체를 분석한 논문. 작년에 나온 따끈따끈한 논문이기도 하고 최근 이슈를 반영한 거라서 요 논문도 참고를 좀 해볼 생각 중. LC-MS/MS (liquid chromatography coupled to triple quadrupole mass spectrometry) 로 분석.
